Watch Kanye West and Drake’s Larry Hoover Free Benefit Concert
Kanye West and Drake recently mashed their beef for the greater good of raising awareness of Larry Hoover’s plight, both tune in for the free Larry Hoover benefit concert Thursday night at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.
For those who cannot attend in person, Amazon offers several options to stream the event live for free. You can stream it on Amazon Prime in over 240 countries, and it will also be available to stream on the Amazon Music Twitch channel as well as the Amazon Music app.
It will also air in select IMAX theaters across the United States as an overnight live event.
Kanye’s Prison Reform Benefit Concert is his first headlining show in five years. “I believe this event will not only raise awareness for our cause, but prove to people around the world how much more we can accomplish when we put our pride aside and come together,” he said in a statement.
Kanye’s efforts are also supported by legal reform and community advocates including Ex-Cons for Community and Social Change, Agitation 2.0, and Uptown People’s Law Center.
James Prince aka J. Prince was instrumental in Yeezy and Drizzy ending their multi-year feud. âWe have to start with the name Larry Hoover. He planted the seed, âsaid J. Prince. Billboard. âHe wanted to see Kanye and Drake unite in the name of peace. His son Larry Jr. hung out with Kanye a lot, and sure enough Drake is my son, but [Hoover] I planted the seed and watered it.
Amazon Music unveiled a setlist for the concert, including “Pop Style”, “Blessings” and “24”.
