One week left until the annual follow-up for Spotify Wrapped Ends
Spotify Wrapped 2022 is right around the corner, which means the deadline for tracking the songs you’re listening to on the app is fast approaching.
In your opinion, which artists have you listened to the most this year? Do you expect any surprises from your listening habits? What is the actual deadline for Wrapped 2022?
If you listen to music on Spotify, Spotify Wrapped lets you see what you’ve listened to (and how much, and more) at the end of each year. And over the past few years, the ubiquitous streaming service’s annual feature has become quite the event for listeners.
So how long do you have left to listen to on Spotify until it no longer counts for 2022? Spotify stops tracking on October 31. Each year, the counting period for Wrapped is from January 1 to October 31. From now on, that gives you a week to stream on Spotify for Wrapped 2022.
As Spotify has noted in the past, “Eligible users can access their personalized Wrapped experience exclusively within the Spotify mobile app on iOS and Android. … Wrapped is packed with information about artists, songs, genres and podcasts that have defined your listenership…and it’s created from data unique to each listener.”
When is Spotify Wrapped 2022 coming out?
As for when your Spotify Wrapped 2022 will actually appear, it will likely be in the first week of December, going through last year’s launches. In previous years, Wrapped was uploaded on December 1 (2021), December 2 (2020), December 5 (2019), and December 6 in 2018 and 2017, by PopBuzz. But there is apparently no set date from the company.
At Loudwire, we also listened, shared Spotify Wrapped information (and some of what we listened to) in 2021, 2020, and 2019. (Also, don’t forget to check your “Spotify Pie Chart”.)

Want to see your old Spotify Wrapped numbers? You can do this through Spotify’s website (not the app), as Insider reported last year. For a taste of what this writer listened to in 2020 and 2019, see below. (Yes, it’s Chicago and Gdansk in the top spots.)
