Oblivion Access 2022 to feature 70 metal artists in Austin

AUSTIN, TX – Oblivion Access, the popular experimental metal and music festival, will return to the live music capital of the world in May 2022, officials said on Friday.
The festival, scheduled for May 12-15, 2022, now offers festival badges and individual concert tickets for sale online.
Similar to years past, the independent heavy metal, extreme rock and experimental music festival will continue to celebrate underground music and alternative culture while spanning four days and tapping into more local venues than ever before.

Throughout the four-day event, Oblivion Access will transform downtown Austin into a sprawling festival grounds while taking over some of the most popular concert venues in and around the famous Red River Cultural District. from downtown Austin.
Participating venues include fan favorites like Empire Control Room & Garage, Creek and Cave (fka Barracuda) and Mohawk, in addition to new festival hotspots like Elysium, Hotel Vegas, and Central Presbyterian Church.
