‘Kevin Durant and Travis Scott Go Sicko Mode’: When the former Warriors superstar and his H-Town hip-hop star friend went gaga in the car
Kevin Durant can change it whenever he wants, from losing 53 points in a game to singing with Travis Scott on an episode of Apple Music’s Carpool Karaoke.
Durant has always been heavily invested in the world of music, especially hip hop. He has always been very close to Drake and he also once appeared on an episode of Carpool Karaoke with Travis Scott.
Scott, of course, is a huge Houston fan, constantly attending the Rockets game and never failing to show his love for the Rockets. So when Travis Scott and Durant got together to sing and rap with all their hearts, it made for a very entertaining video.
Durant has always enjoyed Scott’s music, tweeting about him in the past as one of the best artists around.

When Kevin Durant called Travis Scott the GOAT
In 2019, Durant not only hung out with Travis Scott, but he also called him the GOAT, tweeting it the same year he appeared on the Carpool episode:
Travis Scott is just different. true goat status

During this time, Durant was a member of the formidable Golden State Warriors teams that dominated the league. At the time, Durant had taken on a completely different role than he was used to playing with the OKC Thunder.
Now Durant is on the Nets, and he’s getting back to his way of playing. Just today, he dropped 53 points in a monstrous effort against the New York Knicks.
It’s been a crazy season for the Nets, with Irving’s vaccination status and Harden’s trade, but now that Durant is back for the stretch run, they could be a real threat come playoff time.
